Manufacturing Processof Cement:-
  • Collection of rawmaterial:-lime stone and clay should be transported from the quory and deposit.
  • Lime stone crushed by means of hammer crusher.
  • Clay is mixed with water.
  • Crushed lime stone from the storage tank and clay slurry arefollowed to fill the girding mill.
  • Burning:- Process of burning iscarried out.
  • The collected slurry is injected at the upper of the klin.
  • The hot gases or flames are forced through the lower end of theklin.
  • At above 1500 degrees to 1700 degrees   small hardstones are formed.
  • Grinding:- clinkness recievedfrom the rotary klin are grinding in the ball mill the goes to grinding mill.
  • Other ingredients iron oxide,aluminium,magnesium,sulphurtrioxide are added at these stage.
  • In the grinding mill clinkers are finally formed to a finepowder.
  • 2 to 3 % gypsum is added to control the setting time of cement.
