why construction market suddenly stopped especially  light weight bricks in andhra pradesh and telagana?

Before answering this questions i would like to share my experience ,before separting the states our clc light weight bricks machinery manufactuerers used to getting lot of calls from telagana especially from hyderabad .we got a lot of business from hyderabad,warangal and karimnagar.why more business in telagana?why not andhra pradesh only answer is throught out andhra pradesh only hyderabad city developed and people from different cities like vijayawada,vizag,guntur,tirupati  and other states like maharastra,gujarat,west bengal and utter pradesh starts there business in hyderabad,now the entire situation was changed once the congress government separate telugu people into different states andhra pradesh and telagana people got confused which state is best andhra or telagana if central government gives some of the tax exemption in business more construction can expected in andhra pradesh some of problems to start light weight bricks  unit

1)main problem is power.to run the unit atleast we need 20hp and atleast 8 hours of contious power is required for production ..but situation in andhra pradesh totally different

2)tin number changed,because of this loan process is little bit delay

3)water problem: No rains up to now

4)labour problem
